Support Policy

We have always believed that great customer service is very important in running a small locally-owned business. We strive to achieve this standard by answering our phones with a live local person right here in Tyler, Texas. We will always go above and beyond to resolve our customer's technical support issues. We have always given our customers the same level of service that we expect ourselves; however, we have discovered over the years that the vast majority of our Internet tech support calls are not related to Internet problems at all. The majority of calls we take are just general computer support and configuration issues. We will always attempt to help our valued customers to the best of our ability. However, in order to provide the level of service our customers deserve, we must place some limits on what issues we can help with and how much support we can provide.

*At DCTexas our scope of support does not include customer premise equipment. We are only responsible for supporting the connection from our access point to the radio at the customer location.

*All installations are warrantied fully for 90 days. After 90 days, Rented equipment is warranted against defects only for up to one year. Purchased equipment or damage to rental equipment caused by Acts of Nature, negligence, or pets are not covered. Please see the sidebar for service call pricing.


We offer service work on network cabling, network infrastructure, and VoIP to our valued customers. Please call us for quotes for service.
